We do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit card payments for your convenience. We process all online credit card payments through PayPal.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after receipt of payment not including weekends and nationally recognized holidays.

Of course. Momma Jo's Bows values it's customers and respects their privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to third parties. Any information obtained from you is collected in an effort to provide the best customer service, and to inform you of products and promotions. As a customer of Momma Jo's Bows you will become part of our mailing list where you will receive periodic emails about new products and promotions. If, at any time you would like to be removed from our mailing list please write us. We will promptly remove you.

Yes. We will notify you via e-mail when your order is shipped.

Do items ever go out of stock?
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain hair accessories before we can update our inventory. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact via email right away to ask if you would like your money back for that item or exchange for another item.

Can I ship to another address?
Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. Simply enter that address as the "Ship To" address when ordering.
